Daily Grand Prize: Hand-print the date of the daily drawing for which the entry is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. The entry must be postmarked no later than the daily-drawing date for which it is being submitted and received no later than seven (7) days there-after. For example, to be entered in the daily drawing for 08/16/03, the words "August 16, 2003" must be hand-printed on the outside of the envelope, and the entry must be postmarked by 08/16/03 and received by 08/23/03. Final Grand Prize: To be entered in the drawing, mailin entries must be postmarked no later than 09/30/03 and received by 10/07/03. Drawing: Beginning on 09/06/03, one (1) daily Grand Prize drawing will be conducted for each day of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received for the applicable day's drawing. Mail entries will be entered into the daily drawing corresponding to the date hand-printed on the outside of the envelope. On or about 10/18/03, a separate final Grand Prize drawing will be conducted from among all eligible, non-winning entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select four (4) additional Grand Prizes. Odds: Estimated odds of winning a daily Grand Prize drawing are 1:2,689,114; however, actual odds of winning a daily prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received corresponding to that day's drawing. Estimated odds of winning the final Grand Prize drawing are 1:30,924,815; however, actual odds of winning depend upon the number of total eligible entries received during the entire promotional period. 5. Prizes: Fifty (50) Grand Prizes: Each consisting of 25,000 United Airlines miles which will be awarded in the form miles added to a personal United Mileage Plus program account (subject to the terms and conditions therefore). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.00 each. Total Prize value: $25,000.00. 6. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Notification of Winners/To Claim Prize: Please allow 6-8 weeks after completed qualifying activity for bonus miles to be posted to your Mileage Plus account. Bonus miles and miles earned through non-flight activity do not count towards elite status. The Mileage Plus Program, including accruals, awards and bonus miles offers, subject to change without notice. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the passenger. If a Grand Prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner for the applicable entry period. By accepting a prize, winner agrees or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian agrees to, where legal, Sponsor's and its designee's use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
