1 Double Miles on School Payments The double miles offer applies to purchases made with your card from June 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005 at merchants classified by Visa as Colleges, Universities, Professional Schools, Junior Colleges,
Elementary Schools and Secondary Schools. Elementary and Secondary Schools include public and private schools, parochial schools, and boarding schools. Please note, in some instances, the products or services you purchase may not be offered
directly by the school and will not accrue bonus miles. For example, in some instances the bookstore is managed independently of the school. The maximum reward accumulation during the entire promotional period is 60,000 miles.
2 OfficeMax offer The offer is 200 Mileage Plus miles when you spend $200 or more on your Mileage Plus Visa card from June 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005. Miles are not earned on purchases directly from OfficeMax.com or any other
OfficeMax branded site. Miles will not be awarded for canceled or returned orders. Miles are only earned through purchases made at the Mileage Plus Mall.
3 Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy offer Mileage offer is 2 additional miles per dollar spent when purchases are made on your Mileage Plus Visa card from June 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005. Miles are not earned on purchases directly
from www.gap.com, www.bananarepublic.com, www.oldnavy.com or any other branded sites. Miles will not be awarded for canceled or returned orders. Miles are only earned through purchases made at the Mileage Plus Mall.
4 Double Miles at IKEA and Borders The double miles offer applies to purchases made with your card from June 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005 at IKEA and Borders stores. IKEA and Borders are not sponsors or co-sponsors of this
promotion. Miles are only earned through purchases made in-store, not online. The maximum reward accumulation during this promotional period is 10,000 miles per month.
Your United Mileage Plus credit card account must be the same account number, open and not in default, to receive the bonus miles at the time the miles are posted. When you qualify for bonus miles, they will be reflected on your monthly credit
card statement approximately 10-12 weeks following the end of the promotion. This offer is non-transferable.
Miles accrued and awards issued are subject to the rules of the United Mileage Plus program. Neither Chase nor United, their subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are responsible for any products and services of other participating companies and
partners. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after completed qualifying activity for bonus miles to be posted to your United Mileage Plus account. The Mileage Plus Program, including accruals, awards and bonus miles offers, is subject to change without

Chase's sole obligation concerning the award and redemption of miles shall be to make a valid request to United to award miles to the cardmember's associated Mileage Plus account. Chase disclaims liability or responsibility for United's failure to
award or redeem miles to the cardholder's associated Mileage Plus account after Chase has met its obligations to United in connection with such request.
The miles referred to are not actual miles but represent Mileage Plus® credits in the United Mileage Plus Program.
